This website is designed to collect as little information as possible.

What we do not collect

The self-help workbooks, screening questionnaires, and knowledge search run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type or answer in them is transmitted, saved, or visible to the practice. Closing the page erases it.

What we collect

If you submit the contact form or request a conversation, the information you provide (name, phone, email, message) is delivered to the practice by email and used only to respond to you. Booking an appointment uses Google Calendar's booking service under its own terms.

Email is not a secure medical channel

Please do not include sensitive clinical details in messages sent through this site. Clinical communication happens within the therapy relationship.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or sell data.
